User Balance - the user's virtual account on the website, displaying available funds for transactions or purchases on this platform.

Return Conditions

Funds deposited into the User Balance are intended for payment of service fees. Refunds for balance top-ups are only possible to the same payment details used for the initial transaction. Refunds are only possible if the service was under guarantee and order fulfillment ceased without further response from technical support.

The period for considering claims and refunds is 15 business days.

The user has the right to cancel the ordered service before its payment.

Once a service is paid for, cancellation is not possible, as service fulfillment cannot be suspended except in cases explicitly stated in the service terms and conditions.
